I started working on this truck when i was 8 years old and have finally gotten to drive it now that i am 18. it took me ten years to get a motor, and tranny for the truck. i replaces all the glass just this month and had put a new wiring harness in it last Christmas. What is interesting about this truck is that this was my grandfathers truck. He gave it to my uncle and i finally received it in horrible condition but since then i have come a long way with it. i gave it a new cab, new fenders, new wiring harness, glass all around, new wheels and tires, and a completly redone brake job, as well as a chevy inline 6. not a gmc motor but it works for now. I am going to be attending Wyotech in Laramie Wyoming and will someday replace the motor with something that has more power, and give it a new stance and repare all or the dents and rust spots.
