Airride front & rear, 1/2" air line with manual valves, Wheel Vintique gennie 15x7 wheels with 1940 Ford V8 center caps

How did you go about doing the frame work? I can see in the pictures that you changed the rear end and possible the front....did you build  frame or what? I have an 87 ranger that I am building and would like some insight..I dont wanna go with the dream beams
