The body is a channeled, unchopped 1931 Ford Coupe. The frame is a boxed 1931 Ford. The engine is a 1948 Ford flathead. It is bored .30 over and has a 4" stroke Mercury crank. This makes it 276 *** It is fed by a 1940 McCulloch supercharger with dual Stromberg 97s. Spark comes from a Harmon & Collins magneto. The heads were made by GranCor in the late 40's. The trasmission is 1939 Ford, and the rear end is 1948 Ford.

I must say that is one fine rod, the pics should be in BW and a nice pin up shown it off, Oh one day I'll build one and that would be a fine car to get some inspiration from. DAM fine Job..

WOW...LOOKS LIKE IT JUST HOPPED OUT OF THE PAGES OF A 25c CAR MAG IN ABOUT 1959! WHERE IN THE WORLD DID YOU FIND ALL THOSE SUPER COOL 50'S PARTS AND ACCESSORIES? OR WAS IT BUILT WAY BACK WHEN AND PRESERVED IN THIS CONDITION? ANYHOW, THAT IS A REAL HOT ROD AND A FINE SIGHT TO SEE!
