have been a reader of Rod and Custom forever. I see the old R&C editor ( Neal East ) from time to time around the rodding scene here in Denver. I have been working on my rod for over 6 years now and it is close to completion. I wanted the new realistic flame look and after checking into the cost of such a job, I decided to do it myself, never had an airbrush in my hand before, bought a DVD showing how to do it, watched it a dozen times and..... it turned out pretty good for the first time. I'm one of the those rodders who has always done my own work, everything, never been in a rod shop... Keep up the good work at R&C
