I found my 1950 Willys Panel Delivery on eBay in 2001 and it's been on the slow track to become my retirement transportation. Built with a 2 X 4 custom tube chassis, 4-link 9" Ford 3:55 rear, TCI IFS, discs in front, drums in back, Edlebrock 350 Chevy Small Block, Muncie M-22 and Gear Vendor's overdrive it'll be perfect pulling a travel trailer to see America.  I'm living in Hong Kong for work and the truck is back in Rhode Island so it's a slow process but it's getting there.  Lots of sheetmetal repair with subtle changes included.  The floor is new and totally hand formed from firewall through the rear door sills.  Currently all the rust is vanquished and after hanging the pedals and finishing the exhaust it's almost time for the body shop.
