I grew up with Nomads.  My Dad has always been into Nomads for as long as I can remember.  My Dad picked this car up in the early '80s and used it as a daily driver for the first few years.  It then sat in his garage for about 16 years (a project put on hold) before I got it from him in 2001.  I swore I would not be saying "I never should have let that one get away!  He said I could have it on one condition: It was red when it was done.  10-1/2 years later, here it is.  I wanted to get it done before my parents 50th Anniversary last year, and got it on the road one week before then.  We put the finishing touches on it this spring, and I am enjoying driving it as often as I can!
